The last 12 months have seen a complete upheaval take place in my life. That's not been easy for sure, but like I've mentioned on previous journals, its sure as hell given me a lot to learn from.

The good news is, that's starting to have a positive impact on the here and now. I've been back at home since I began my year long (full-time) break from Uni back in August and in the last few months, its been a case of settling down again and getting my foot into the working world because y'know...money is damn important - I knew it was before, but having gone through what I did, I realise that fact so much more these days.

So, I've been working at Halfords on Bike sales and repairs for the last 6 weeks and today, I attended an interview for working at Argos for the Christmas season. Hopefully, I can hold on where I am and work two jobs, get plenty of money and savings and hopefully pass my exams next Summer. With any luck, I'll be heading off to Japan with some financial security and the grades I need...plus a whole heap of much needed life/work experience. Things I could no way claim to have had a few months ago.

With all this going on, I haven't had much time to come onto DA and respond to all the faves and comments I've been receiving. All I can say is, I'm royally chuffed at the support you guys give me and I will try to keep up my artistic sideline as much as time and others things allow.
